At what time can I check in to the hotel and at what time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?

Check-in at the hostel is from 16:00 Hrs, although if the room is available it is possible to enter earlier. Rooms must be vacated before 12:00.

Does the hotel have WiFi? Is it paid or free?

The hotel has WiFi only in the reception area. It is free, please check with reception for access.

Where can I buy equipment, classes and ski passes?

Does the hotel have cots? Are there any charges?

Yes, the hotel has free cribs, but when making your reservation you must check with the hotel to request one and see if they are available on the date of your stay.

What does Half Board include? Does it include drinks?

Half Board will always include hot buffet breakfasts and buffet dinners depending on occupancy. No, drinks are not included in Half Board. For half board reservations that include the night of 31/12/2021, dinner will be included but there will be no special dinner.

What are the restaurant's opening hours?

Breakfast: 07.30 - 10.30. Dinner: 20.00 - 22.30. Lunch is not available. These times may vary depending on the season. Please confirm the information at reception.

When do I have to pay for my Reservation?

When making a reservation through this website, you will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee. No charges will be made, payment will be made directly at the hotel, except for non-refundable promotions or offers.

What is a Non-Refundable/Refundable Promotion/Offer/Rate?

These rates are paid at the time of booking with the credit card provided, with no possibility of modification or cancellation. Once the booking is confirmed, no amount will be refunded.

Does the hotel have parking?

We are sorry, we do not have parking on our premises. Upon arrival we will inform you of the nearest public paid parking, or of the alternative parking in the surroundings of the Hostel (red zone with payment from 8 am to 8 pm from Monday to Sunday) for which there are two payment methods: parking meter maximum 8 hours of payment or through the app “El parking” 12 hours of maximum payment.

Can I buy the ski passes on the website or at the hotel? What are the hours of the lifts? What are the hours of the ticket offices?

Hotels cannot sell ski passes, you can buy them on the official Sierra Nevada website . The opening hours of the slopes and lifts are from 09:00 to 17:00, depending on the weather conditions. The ticket offices in Plaza de Andalucía are open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. On weekends, holidays and eves, the opening hours are extended until 20:00. These ticket offices are also open on Saturdays from 17:30 to 21:00 for the sale of special night ski passes. These opening hours may vary depending on the season, you should confirm the information at reception or on the website indicated.

Where can I leave my skis?

In the room you will find racks to store them.

Can I get to the hotel by bus?

From the Granada Bus Station you can take the bus to Sierra Nevada.
