Frequent questions

When can I check-in at the hotel and at what time do I need to leave the room on the day of check-out?

Hotel check-in is available from 2pm. However, if your room is available beforehand, you will be able to enter before this time. Rooms should be vacated before 12 noon.

Does the hotel have WiFi? Is it free or do I have to pay?

The hotel has free WiFi in the reception area only. Ask in reception for the password.

Does the hotel have cots? Do I have to pay?

Yes, the hotel has free cots available. However, when you make your booking you should check with the hotel to see if there are any available on the date(s) of your stay.

What does the Half-Board meal plan include? Does it include drinks?

Our Half-Board meal plan will always include a cold buffet breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included with this board plan.

What time is the restaurant open?

The hotel has a cold buffet breakfast service and a menu dinner service. Service times are as follows: Breakfast: 7:30am to 10:30am. Dinner: 7:30pm to 10pm. We do not serve lunch.

When do I need to pay for my booking?

When you make your booking on this website, you will be required to provide credit card details, with this acting as a guarantee. You will not be charged at this point. Payment should be made directly in the hotel except for when you have selected a Non-Refundable promotion or offer.

What is a Non-Refundable Promotion/Offer/Rate?

These are rates which must be paid on the credit card you provide the details of when you make the booking. With this rate, you cannot make modifications nor can you cancel the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, no amount will be returned.

Does the hotel have a car park?

No, the hotel does not have a car park. You will need to leave your vehicle in the resort's public car park which has a daily price of €16-€24.

Can I purchase ski passes on the website or in the hotel itself? What time are the ski lifts open? What time are ticket offices open?

Hotels are not permitted to sell ski passes. You will be able to purchase these on the official Sierra Nevada website. The ski slopes and lifts are open from 9am until 5pm, although this may vary according to the weather conditions. The ticket offices in Plaza de Andalucia are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. On weekends, public holidays and the evening before these holidays the offices are open until 8pm. These offices are also open on Saturdays from 5:30pm to 9pm for the sale of special night ski passes.

Where can I leave my skis?

You will find ski storage space in your room.

Can I get to the hotel by bus?

You can take the bus from Granada Bus Station. The running times of the bus are as follows: From Granada to Sierra Nevada, Monday to Friday: 8am, 10am and 5pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8am, 10am, 3pm and 5pm. From Sierra Nevada to Granada, departing from the outdoor coach car park at Sierra Nevada (Pradollano), Monday to Friday: 9am, 4pm and 6:30pm; Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9am, 1pm, 4pm and 6:30pm.
